after a two month stay in juhapura, a primarily
muslim city in ahmedabad, gujarat, i became fascinated and intrigued by
the stories i heard from the people i met. after the 2002 gujarat riots, juhapura became the primary place of refuge for muslims who fled from their homes.
i decided to created a multimedia piece as a means to share what i had
heard and learned from my stay.
